Decent thing, but maybe choose something better
egorioyao 05.05.2019
Its a sturdy made gear. Metal case, nice antenna for a transmitter. But receiver's antenna looks very flimsy. I think it will not last long in case of hard use.

In set it has a extension wire to connect it to some big antenna.

It has 2 metal holders and a set of screws - but there is no instruction how to fix the transmitter to a wall, which can be really handy in case of lack of space. Screws do not fit any holes in transmitter. Transmitter has 4 holes in sides - but they do not fit to holes in holders - so really a mystery how to attach one to another and all to a wall.

I can't switch channels on receiver. Maybe I do something wrong, but this device looks simple, so i can't imaging what I do wrong. But my receiver stick to the 1st channel. I don't need more though, but if you need - it can be a problem with this device.

Earplugs are great. Soft and nicely fit my ears.

Sound is "ssshhhh" a bit like on a bad radio. But its not for a mastering, eh? I can easily hear music playing and practicing my guitar simultaneously - this is what I bought it for. But do not buy it for some precise music tasks or even for listening your favourite music without wires. But it will totally do the trick on a gig when you need to monitor whats going on.

Good unit let down by poor headphones
Anonymous 28.06.2014
The base unit and receiver work fine and are great value at this price. I have no real issues over these. It's handy to have 2 inputs to balance guitar and vocals.

The big let down are the headphones which I found extremely low fi quality and pretty much unusable. I would go as far to say the tinny sound could actually damage your hearing if you had it too loud and I'm sure they will not cut it in a live situation. I was going to immediately return this product but I plugged in my i-pod headphones and the sound was a lot better so I will persevere and spend a bit more on some other headphone units.

The only other annoying thing is the 2 pin continental style PSU meaning you have to carry a 2 pin adapter everywhere but I guess that's because it's made for the European market.

Personally I would have happily payed an extra £20 for some decent headphones rather than the rubbish ones in this set.

I have yet to try it live but I think the system will work OK with some decent headphones.

Not the best choice
Justin 3 12.10.2021
The sound is quite ok, not perfect but ok. With better earphones it sounds better than with the stock ones. But if you are too close to the receiver you experience quite harsh interference. Which is quite annoying. Even after switching up the frequency the signal is still not very stable.

Just a good toy for begginers
CayeMusic 02.11.2019
I bought it just to check it having in mind that "you get what you pay for". And this is what it is. A poor WIE machine. Or a toy, you name it.
Good if you want to get used to the wireless in-ear monitoring but nothing more than that. Wouldn't trust it in a serious gig.

Ok for the price
Radiotrib 26.02.2018
The radio equipment is fine and works well. I had to replace the ear buds with a good pair of Sennheisers. The ones which are supplied are just not good enough and distort badly at working volumes.

AV
Wireless headphones
Aki V. 20.01.2015
I dreamed to have a wireless headphones not to have to connect them directly to mixer, but using this one in between. Everything went nicely, but when I started to play bass tracks there were some mandatory interference in it. If I would just use my midi keyboard this would work just fine.

I got this wireless so I could piggy back off the drummers system to get a click so we can have sections of the show without the drummer counting. It works fine. I haven't gotten any drop outs, but I have gotten noise (hissing) with regular occurrence.
