Nice small expression pedal.

The good
I bought this as an expression pedal for my boss md-500. Using it as a wah, volume, changing between 2 settings etc. And it is quite comfortable as far as foot size is concerned and sweep length from heel to toe is nice. And I like the aesthetics and everything.

The problem
The quality on mine is horrible. The sweep is physically divided in 2 parts. It is like you start the sweep very easily and in the second half of the sweep you get the tension you have set it up to be with the screw. Therefore it is abit more difficult and more annoying to get the perfect sweep. Also, I haven?t used it too much and it has already developed a squeeky noise when you sweep.

Even though, for some people this may not be a big deal, for the price I believe there are way better quality options out there.

Edit: After some research I found out you have to tighten few screws inside the pedal and the issue with the sweep is gone. You can also fix the squeaking. This was still a bit disappointing, but it works perfectly now.

This Pedal is amazing.

You get used to the size in no time because you actually control any volume/EXP pedals with your heel not your entire foot. And it takes almost the same size as a boss sized pedal so it will give you more space in your pedal board and I had no issues with the operating range or with dead zones.

It?s my fault, not the pedal?s!
Lemmer 07.07.2017
I have had this great little pedal on my board for a while now, and it is great. It is built well, and the sweep is as gradual as I was hoping it would be. The small foot print is awesome, but it is taking me a bit to get used to. It?s not the pedal?s fault though! I?m 6?4? (194 cm) and have quite big feet. Also, I?m not as stable as I used to be! I guess what I?m getting at is that it is taking me a while to get used to the small size. I guess over the years I?ve grown used to being able to balance on my larger pedals, and kinda know my lean, if you know what I mean? I know I?ll get there with this little beauty, but it hasn't?t happened over night.
