Zuerst habe ich gezögert sie zu kaufen, schienen sie mir teuer und das sind sie auch. Allerdings ist der Entspannungseffekt für die Arme hervorragend, gerade bei viel Tippen und Mausen. Sie sind ein bißchen schwer zu montieren, das ist nichts für schwache Nerven, da muss schon ein Hammer her um sie in den Stuhl hineinzutreiben. Ansonsten wirken sie ein bisschen wackelig, funktionieren aber tadellos, insbesondere die Höhenverstellung.

At first I hesitated to buy them, they seemed expensive to me and they are. However, the relaxation effect for the arms is excellent, especially when typing and mouseing a lot.
