They thing at Tama that you need fricking long boomarms with your new Roadpro stands...

Because you don't need to walk aside your kit pointing half a meter sticks in your belly and everybody's got a very big drumroom!
Honestly, who needs boomarms half the height of a cymbalplacement? I place my stands as close to my kit as possible but maybe there are people who like to walk between stand and drumkit...

So i've got 7 of these things and i'm ordering the fourth small boomarm now. Tama did this on purpose so they can sell you another item...

But the boomarm is great!

Ich benutze mehrere, teils über 20 Jahre, alte Roadpro Galgen-Beckenständer, deren Galgenarme noch mit gerasterten Schrägstellern ausgestattet waren und ich nun mit neuen Armen ausgerüstet habe. Auch die neuen Arme sind in Puncto Qualität und Funktion 1A. Anfangs war ich skeptisch ob die Schnellverschlüße auch wirklich halten und hatte immer noch meine alten Flügelmuttern mit in der Tasche. Inzwischen bin ich auch davon überzeugt.
