as a stage drummer i struggle to get a good fit and total isolation with shures normal tips, these ones do the job just great , but do NOT go out in the street , as you will hear nothing that could be dangerous to you !
comfortable and long wearing for me , allows me to keep volume very low - i suffer from hearing loss and tinnitus - always make sure to sanitise them before use as flange phones can carry germs and scratch your ear = bad infections .
one point taken away as they wear out and shrivel a bit after a few weeks ., so the isolation is not as good

Good but not for everyone.

Bought to be used with the SE215's because as a drummer I felt the triple flange would help with noise reduction but a big down side was after a couple uses they were clogged with wax and the sound quality decreased. However they stayed very secure in my ear and offered insane noise cancellation in a practice environment. On stage however there was nearly too much cancellation so I would generally switch to the regular silicone earbuds. In short I would recommend but be conscious of the situation where they will be used.

Comfortable (considering depth) and soft if you need a tighter grip in ear

I bought these as I have always found it difficult to keep in-ears in.
No such problems now although you will know you have them in so a little less comfortable compared to less deep buds.

A must for heavy music
Anonymous 24.11.2022
Properly the best decision I made to help better my playing. I mostly play loud and heavy music ranging from metal to hard rock and I found that the regular foam tips I got with my shure inears were just not blocking enough sound. I was near deaf everything I played even with inears in but as soon as I got these tips all the issues I had went away. 10/10 would recommend but you will have to clean them alot.
