Presonus StudioLive Series III 16R

After buying, I already updated, registered normally ok. I used 2x always up to channel 4, being 1,2,3 and 4, and working perfectly. This weekend when having to use 7 channels, when going to disassemble the system, the XLR of channel 6, stuck and got stuck with the connector stuck. I had to do a lot of strength to get it out. Yes, I pressed the spring that all channels have, however, I ended up testing all the other xlr for unconsciousness, and really only channel 6 has a problem. I tested other xlr connectors from other brands and they are all getting stuck. Strange that they are from the Amphenol brand, reference. Therefore, it was a manufacturing problem. Now I'm avoiding using channel 6, but it's a new product used 2x. I'm in another country, because I bought it personally on a trip to Germany, and I don't know how the warranty would be made.
