Really what I am searching for...

The sound is full with pleasant mix of bright/dark tones, making it suitable for more music types, especially rock and derived genres, however it gives the top when played from medium loud to very loud due to its thickness. I have been using it for rock/stoner/doom music and despite guitar/bass are saturated sound, this crash does still stand out for its bright tones but at the same time it sounds dark and not very bright and clean. Additionally, the veining and the color are super nice. So, overall, lovely HH for loud music with very good good price too, like other 900 series cymbals.

und nicht enttäuscht. Wollte sie eigentlich als 2. HiHat für DB-Passagen, nach den ersten Tests habe Sie aber als Haupt-HH im Einsatz, da mir der Sound so gut gefällt.
Das war vermutlich nicht das letzte Becken aus der 900er Serie.
Hätte nicht gedacht, dass man mit guten Kopfhörern und den Soundbeispielen ein so gutes Bild erhält … wie das Ding dann im Gesamt-Setup klingt, muss man dann eh im Proberaum testen.
Versand lief auch klasse … also 5 Sterne!

Ottimo per rock / stoner, comunque versatile

Alla prima prova me lo aspettavo più pieno e pastoso. Inizialmente è piaciuto più alla mia band che a me. Poi dalle registrazioni è emerso un suono estremamente musicale e bilanciato, davvero rock in un contesto di distorsioni pesanti. Se suonate stoner o generi simili prendete il 15 pollici come ho fatto io, il sustain è perfetto.
Una considerazione estetica: questa serie di Paiste è molto bella da vedere, ma credo che la finitura, una sorta di vernice scura, col tempo e i colpi della bacchetta si usurerà, questo lo evinco dall'interno dei piatti, infatti è già successo nei punti dove vengono a contatto top e bottom.

Aggiornamento dopo più di un anno di utilizzo.

Devo ricredermi. È molto più versatile e musicale di quanto credessi. Utilizzo solo questo hi hat anche in contesto acustico con rods ed è molto equilibrato, caldo e controllato. Bellissimo. Paiste con la lega B8 fa magie.

Obwohl sie als Heavy bezeichnet wird, ist sie dennoch filigran und reagiert sehr fein auf die Dynamik. Wurde schon mehrmals im Studio aufgenommen. Bin überrascht wie gut die 15" klingt. Sie hört sich der Paiste Masters sehr ähnlich, aber der Preis ist deutlich weniger...
