I just purchased this radio mic and could not believe the build quality, it is top class. The mic setup was so easy, even my 7yr old daughter could use it.
As for sound quality, I have been using a SM58 radio mic for the last 10yrs and that was excellent, but old age took it toll on it. The sound from the U508 HHD is far superior in fact I?m planning on purchasing another U508 HHD and two U508 BPH for some stage productions I do in my local town.
I?d highly recommend this mic to anyone looking for amazing value for money, with excellent sound and build quality.
The only set back with the mic package was the Thomann adapter that is supplied, it did not fit the power supply. But don?t let that stop you from purchasing this unbelievable radio mic.

Totally reliable and well sounding mic !

Got one myself after using this mic for almost one year at the club I'm engineer !
Still rocking solid, never a drop (I'm using it together with 4x LD IEM systems, 1x Sennheiser Wireless, 1x AKG wireless mic clip), true diversity and really nice sounding ! Recommended ! Auto frequency scan is a quick tool to get a good spot in the spectrum and IR Sync works in seconds and you're ready to go !
Feels a bit light in the bottom part, but I've stuffed in a bit of bluetack in the bottom case and now is balanced with the head :) .

Handteil mit Abstrichen

Kurz und Knapp:
++ Sound (Sprache)
++ Sound (Gesang)
+ Übertragungssicherheit
+ Frequenzwahl (U508)
+ Empfänger
+ Ausstattung
------------------------------------------------------------------
- Druckfestigkeit dyn. Mikrofonkapsel (dB)
