This is not intermediate level.

1. It's lover level than you expect.
2. Tonality is 0 or 1 # or b sign.
3. Every solo sounds the same, with same lines, composer had no inspiration when made this book.
4. Tempo is the same for every solo, it's completely boring.
5. When it's written swing and backing track goes straight latin... What are you supposed to trust?
Thank You Lennie for disappointment.
Backing tracks are not bad quality i'd say, but that's the only up side.

Improvisation - Anleitung und Hilfe

Improvisation in der Jazzmusik ist ein weites, großes Feld.
Mit dieser Ausgabe werden tolle Hilfestellungen gegeben um seine eigene Improvisation zu den einzelnen Originalstücken (ebenfalss von Abersold) zu entwickeln. Die Konzepte, um seine Improvisation aufzubauen, sind klar zu erkennen und nachzuvollziehen. Greg Fishman spielt die Improvisation zu den einzelnen Chorussen - toll gemacht. Man kann es nachspielen oder sein eigenes Konzept entwickeln und zur CD spielen.
Ich bin rundum begeister ! und wünsche mir noch mehr solcher Ausgaben zu anderen Abersold Play Alongs.
