Couple of these stands in almost constant use for last few months. Well made, stable, holds Fender / Warwick Corvette basses without needing to remove cables. Snap shut reasonably small to fit in gig bag. Bit heavy, but that is the price of stability. Get one of these and it should last you for life!

The best of the best
Waldorg 08.03.2019
Incredibly stable, I can put my bass anyway I want to and it's not going to budge at all!
Impressive
Edit: 28/03/2020
BE CAREFUL with how your instrument presses on the stand.. I damaged both of my stands foam (And scratch one of my bass) because the foam was pressing right on the screw/edge of the battery cavity (ESP LTD B-204SM), which ripped the foam over time, then the metal of the stand.. then the back of my bass (Sire MM FL 5S)...
As I believe this damage is due to my bass and its awkward battery positioning, it's still a great stand (see the first comment above). I am still going to buy this stand for my next instruments because of it's incredible stability and compactness, but I will now take a closer look at the state of the foam over time.
Just a warning.

Very good stand
Golencio 20.05.2016
Pretty good stand for quite a bit of money. It is lightweight, portable and stable. It takes up very little space and can be stored in the pocket of some gig bag. I have 3 different Hercules stand and with each one I am very pleased.
The only small criticism with this , is that I have to be careful when I lean my J - bass, because due to the shape of the body, the bass can a little " hang " on the side....but the Gibson SG stands perfectly.
I use it at home, and really suits me because it is small and when I put the guitar on it, the stand almost remains invisible, so who the guitar becomes a nice piece of furniture :-D
Pros:
- lightweight
- stable
- easy to carry
Cons:
- not completely adapted for the J-shape bass

so happy
gyuri 20.11.2018
I'm super happy with this stand. Got it to have a lightweight mobile stand for my bass that I can unfold easily. This wins, it's a no brainer, cheap, excellent quality and does what it says. For me it's actually superior to the other Hercules stands I have.
