Top quality guitar - poor customer service from Thomann

Upon arrival, the guitar needed a setup which was expected.

Unfortunately, it arrived with a broken toggle switch.

The CS solution to that was to send the guitar back and wait for a new one to be sent to me again, AFTER inspection from UPS (lol).

I had provided them with an unboxing video as well as multiple pictures, but apparently, they did not want to provide a 20 EUR claim to replace the switch. So I went ahead and replaced the switch myself, as I did not want to deal with UPS and deliveries again.

It would be unfair on my part to not give the appropriate rating for such a stellar guitar.

Very responsive in every aspect, comfortable, great looking. and with an amazing sound.

The only problem would be... Your customer service.

Due to that, I do not think I will be ordering a guitar from Thomann again.

Eine rundum perfekte Gitarre zu einem mehr als fairen Preis. Tolle Verarbeitung, liebevolle Details, super Sound mit 2 Seymour Duncan Humbucker + 2 Tonregler mit Coil Split Funktion + sehr wertigem Koffer u.v.m. Zudem hebt sich die Gitarre in punkto Aussehen sehr positiv vom allg. Allerlei anderer bekannten Marken ab. Nur zu empfehlen. ***
Toller Service von Thomann. Ich war persönlich vor Ort (2 1/2 Std. Anreise) und hatte vorher tel. 3 Gitarrenmodelle meiner Wahl zum Vorspielen angefragt. Bei meiner Ankunft war alles wie von mir bestellt vorbereitet. Ich konnte die Gitarre ausgiebig testen und war restlos überzeugt. 10 v0n 10 Punkten für diesen perfekten Kundenservice und ebenso viele Punkte für die Gitarre. Zugreifen, es lohnt sich***.
