Good if you wear glasses as they have a bit more give in them.
Mine are 4/5 yrs od and geet regular use. Just starting to how signs of wear and fading but not so worn I need new ones just yet.
They come with replacement foam liners.
Still a bit pricy in my opinion.

Don't like hard leather, get these.
Aaatoz 01.12.2020
Using these on my K240 Studio's instead of default hard leather ones. Much more pleasant to use long periods of time for listening and making music as well as playing games. I use headphones long periods of time so I need my headphones to be as comfy as possible and that wasn't a case with the factory pads, so I had to look for something better. These velour pads keep their softness and stay in form. These don't get sweaty and slippery in warm spaces either, which is good. Pads sit well over (my) ear and even if sitting partially on ear, these doesn't feel uncomfortable at all.
That's it. That's the word. Put it on the street.

Recommended for long studio usage!
snurf 04.08.2014
I bought AKG K-240 headphones for studio purposes. Those are very comfortable to use, but the plastic material covering makes the skin sweaty after couple of hours spend on the head. Then velour pads are perfect solution for comfort of studio work.
They are easy replaceable, although you have to be careful not to tear, as the back plastic material covering is much shorter than the one on factory pads. The pads are build of very comfortable soft velour mesh pad. Looks like it will not wear out within a month. It is good quality. Headphone ear cups stay perfectly on the ears, I would say, fit little better than original one.
They muffle the sound slightly more efficient then original pads.

Better than the originals
Anonymous 15.04.2014
I purchased these as the original pads were starting to crack on my beloved AKG K-240 headphones.
These are superior in every way, and the velour material is much more comfortable than the fake leather used in the original pads. As comfortable as the K-240's are over extended listening periods, in the height of summer then can get a little sweaty. This is no longer a problem with the Velour pads which are also less prone to cracking.
I found fitting them to be a very easy task too which is always a bonus.
All in all, they have breathed new life into a much loved pair of headphones and represent excellent value for money. Certainly much cheaper than buying a new pair of headphones!
