FaceMelta.

I was looking for something with a monstrous high gain sound, for driving twin marshalls into meltdown.
Kept coming back to this pedal.
It did not disappoint, I was grinning as soon as I heard it in action (in person) for the 1st time.
It is articulate and brutal, very well made, stacks well with my overdrive and can be tamed somewhat for less thrashy uses.
The led isn't too eye breaking and the switch is an engineering masterclass. Silent.
Each amp behaves marvelously different with the pedal engaged. (Mg/800), but the 800 really likes it.
Also satisfies a nerd itch if you like GoT. They even use the font.
Burn them indeed.

B
A great Wampler pedal
BatuKMan 04.07.2017
The quality of the pedal, from the paint to the packaging is great, it feels like an expensive pedal.
The switch is dead silent to engage/disengage.

This pedal was made to reconstruct Ola Englund sound, it's a modern metal sound, pretty cool that it doesn't boost the signal when the volume is at 12 o'clock.
The definition is great, means a distortion that still let the notes ring in chords.
The only reason I gave it four stars it's because this is a one sound pedal, it isn't a pedal that can go from slight over-driven to distortion, it's just purely distortion.

Plus, the name and graphics are awesome if you're a fan of Game of Thrones.

I highly recomend this pedal for a modern metal sound and nothing else.

Sehr gut klingendes HardRock/Metal-Pedal
Vosster 15.05.2018
