My only pick

If you have never used an acrylic pick before. Get one. Just step up and spend the few bucks extra, and give it a try. If you don't like it, then you'll know. But for most people on electric guitars, I'm betting that you will really like it, and be converted.
Pros: They are incredibly durable. I have never worn out an acrylic pick, regardless of who made it. The tip stays sharp. It's strong enough to really dig in when you want, but smooth enough to get that instant release of the string when you want to play quiet and gentle. The shapes are all in the same familiar shapes that we are used to. So nothing new there. But you won't hear much string slapping or other strange sounds like with horn or abalone or Mother of Pearl picks. All of those are very rigid also, but the tips wear out pretty quickly.
Cons: well the only thing I can think of is the initial cost. 6-8 euros for a small piece of acrylic is a bit much. But they simply don't wear out. So in the long run, you will save money. Provided, you don't lose the things. That's what I usually do. Set them down somewhere and because they are clear, and/or have very little color in them, I misplace them. And find myself back here getting more of them. If they were a solid color, or perhaps opaque instead of so clear, they'd be easier to keep and eye on them. But really that's the only negatives I can think of.

Just fine.

I like it but I think it's not for me, the quality is good but there is this sound that I do not like when it's hitting the strings, it feels like I'm striking the strings with a piece of metal too. It's nice but not for me.
