Expensive, but if you looking for the best stand it worth every penny. Build like a tank. If you looking for mic stand for miking bass drum in studio situation, this stand will give you all the options. with few accessories you can mount on one stand for example Solomon SubKick and Shure B52, or you can mount top and bottom snare mics together on this tripod base. All you have to do is to buy few extra attachments from triad orbit (micro M1-R and mini boom arm) witch will bring the final price a bit higher. With the option to mount on top of this base any attachments from tiad orbit you can mount anything you want (cameras, lights, laptop ect...). Basically create your own custom stand. But build quality is top end and the weight of this base will provide stability and option to hooking up so much extra weight. And the last thing is the quick mic holder relief. That is probably the best thing of this brand. No screwing mic holders anymore. Just in and out. Great. Highly recommended.

Das Gewicht ist genauso schwergewichtig wie der Preis für dieses Stativ.
Also leider nichts für den Rucksacktransport für den Weg zum Live-Gig. Für's Studio kein relevanter Aspekt.
Auf Langzeit-Erfahrungen wird man noch etwas warten müssen, der erste Eindruck ist jedoch:
Ein stabiles Stativ, das zusammen mit den extra zu erwerbenden Erweiterungen ein sehr flexibles Mikrofonstativ-System ist.
Die Verarbeitung erscheint erst einmal sehr gut. Die Einstellungen sind leicht zu bewerkstelligen, die Positionen stabil.
Eigentlich also volle Punktzahl, wenn da der satte Preis nicht wäre... ;-)

Nachtrag: Nach einiger Zeit im Einsatz muss ich nun feststellen: Leider lässt sich die Höhenverstellung der Stative nur mäßig fixieren. Damit muss ich nun doch Abzüge beim Handling vornehmen.
