The pack is different from other virtual drum products, not only from Toontrack, but from most other companies. You can almost instantly get the deep snare, kick, or tom that you are looking for, and with EZDrummer 3, if you have it, you can change the pitch of each element on the kit, which is large. CPU utilization is also great. I highly recommend this pack to producers of ALL genres.

The versatile pack for orchestra percussion

This is good for the orchestra and drama scene. The sample pack is versatile and have a lot of variety.
EZX Action! war bei Thomann im Sale und bei dem guten Preis habe ich einfach mal "zugeschlagen".
Ich hab ein paar Collections (Dance EZX, EZX Reggae, EZX Dream Pop, EZX Pop Punk, EZX Electronic und EZX HipHop!) und habe daher auch so ein bißchen einen Vergleich zwischen ein paar on den EZX Sound Librarys. Mich hat die Zusammenstellung der Library gereizt. Eine Kollektion speziell für "kreatives Sounddesign" und "filnmische Klänge".
Von Sounds aus einem klassischen Orchester (Pauken oder Gong), über gesampelte Geräusche (Tropfgeräusche) und Soundeffekte findet man auch ganz klassische Drum-Machine Sounds. Wenn man auf letztere aus ist und traditionelle Drumkits sucht gibt´s es innerhalb der EZX-Soundlibrarys bessere Alternativen finde ich.
Im Vergleich zu den Librarys EZX Dream Pop, EZX Pop Punk, und EZX HipHop! zB würde ich in der Gesamtwertung einen Punkt abziehen.
Aber wenn man eine breite Palette an Klängen sucht (und auch mal mit Sounds arbeiten die man nicht in jeder Collection findet) kann man das mit der EZX Action! Library schon machen - insbesondere wenn die Library wie das bei mir war als ich sie gekauft habe bei Thomann im Sale ist. Die Orchesterpauken sind schon echt ganz nett finde ich.

EZX Action! was on sale at Thomann and given the good price I just snapped it up. I have a few collections (Dance EZX, EZX Reggae, EZX Dream Pop, EZX Pop Punk, EZX Electronic and EZX HipHop!) and therefore have a bit of a comparison between a few of the EZX Sound Libraries. The composition of the library appealed to me. A collection specifically for "creative sound design" and "cinematic sounds". From sounds from a classic orchestra (timpani or gong), to sampled noises (drip noises) and sound effects, you can also find very classic drum machine sounds. If you're looking for the latter and are looking for traditional drum kits, I think there are better alternatives within the EZX sound libraries. Compared to the libraries EZX Dream Pop, EZX Pop Punk, and EZX HipHop! For example, I would deduct one point from the overall ranking. But if you're looking for a wide range of sounds (and sometimes work with sounds that you don't find in every collection) you can do that with the EZX Action! Make a library - especially if the library is on sale at Thomann, as was the case with me when I bought it. I think the orchestral timpani are really nice.
