Ein gutes Blatt im Mund

Die Blätter sind sehr sauber verarbeitet und bleiben auch nach dem Spielen an der Oberseite glatt, was auf gutes Material schliessen lässt. Die einzelnen Exemplare sind auch ziemlich gleichmäßig von der Härte und Ansprache. Die Schwankungen innerhalb einer Blattstärke sind viel geringer als z. B. bei den VanDoren V12, die ich zwar vom Klang noch besser finde (was aber auch Geschmacksache ist), wobei aber bei VanDoren der "Ausschuss" jedoch zu hoch ist.
Die Thomannblätter sind eine echte Alternative, sprechen gut an, halten recht lange und haben einen eher dunklen aber doch kernigen Klang, wenn man sie gut einspielt.
