So the French horn came and it was Splendid! Casing was good as well:) I like how it was doubled boxed. The first box is a box with the French horn case. The second box is where the French horn is INSIDE the second box filled with air filled bubbles foam to prevent bulking and moving of the instrument. This is good as it minimise the risk for dente and moving. Secondly as I open the French horn. It is covered with a white sheet bag for both horn and bell and Iam extremely happy about this :) it also includes the oil, screw, grease and other "service quality" note and checks that says "quality check by service crew". That is really good too:)
What I didn't like about this horn is that, the fact your Illustration picture is different from this. Iam ONLY talking about the Rotor BUMPS Colour-sponge/stopped. It's suppose to be black Colour but I have the Thumb rotor as transparent Colour. Why is that?
And do REMIND people this is a F/Bb horn so that they can change the rotor to Bb/F horn:)
Just to remind all these. Finally.
The time of replying back in Email was the part I was unhappy about. I send 4-5 emails and they reply me VERY slow. So I really hope the team can do something about this.
But overall, everything else was very good!:)

Bought it mainly for the affordable price for a first-hand french horn
Jon Yue Han 28.07.2023
( 4years of horn experience in school and community bands)
Response in the lower register(2 and a half register below tuning F note) is great with solid easy blowing full sound. It gets a bit difficult playing the High A note and above as it is met with a lot of resistance but the tone is still warm and full. The D note(T12/T3) required a bit of getting used to as I often mispitch on this horn compared to other horns(Conn 7D/Holton H181, H179).
The engravings on the valve cap is beautiful and all spit valves were working perfectly. The metal is comparable to a professional horn by other brands. Just need to make sure to do a thorough check on all the screws (valve area and trigger) as I received it half screwed in. The reason for a quality rating of 4 is due to welding defects around the horn with some plating damaged around the connecting areas and a small bit of the bell screw was not covered with the plating fully.
Despite the flaws above, I rate it 5 stars overall as it super worth for its pricing and considering it is worth going against well-established brands such as Conn and Holton.

High Quality Horn
Barbenheimer 02.08.2023
Excellent choice for beginner and intermediate horn players.
The horn has a nice responsive sound in all registers. Comes with a case, oil, and mouthpiece. The mouthpiece is not the best so to achieve a better sound, a better quality mouthpiece should be considered.
Overall I'm very satisfied with the purchase, and positively surprised that it is such a high quality instrument for the price.

Very good choice!
nikolapav 10.06.2024
An excellent choice in terms of price and quality, even more so it can be used as a professional instrument in better orchestras. The intonation is stable, the color is darker than branded models, which is commendable. A couple of tones are off center and the musician needs to make a little effort to adjust, but that's all normal, as with any instrument it takes getting used to. Recommendations from me!
