Pity I couldn't try this case before buying. Already when I took it off from the paper box I accidently dropped it on the floor. I was very surprised that a case for this price would have scratches after a fall from such a small height. Therefore, I also couldn't think about returning the case back, because the shop wouldn't let me do it with the scratches on the case. The material is so thin and easy to break or bend. So the case which I ordered in hope to keep my guitar safe will turn into another thing in my house just lying around with no use. The only possitive thing about the case is its weight. I so wish I bought Hiscox case instead - the price is the same, but if we compare the quality, I'm afraid we can't even talk about quality in this case.

i bought this case thinking it could be suitable as checked baggage when flying. upon receiving the case, i soon realized that this would be completely unsuitable as checked baggage: the foam lining of the case is think and not very firm. there is also no provision for the shoulder strap peg at the base of the guitar -- which means, this peg would take the full force of a impact, should the case be set down with force. the fiberglass shell is also not very thick and quite pliable.
i could imagine this case might be useful for around town on a bike, train, bus, etc. but for flying: no way. and for this price a mono gig bag, which i own for another guitar and have checked in on flights without any problem, would offer significantly more protection.

nach ultrakurzer Wartezeit nach der Bestellung traf der Koffer bei mir ein. Ich war ganz unruhig, da ich mir nicht sicher war , ob meine Epiphone ES 175 da hinein passte. Epiphonegitarren haben eine längere Kopfplatte als die Muttermodelle von Gibson. Sie passt hervorragend hinein, nicht zu eng nicht zu weit. Der Koffer sieht in weiss "ultrascharf" aus. Er wiegt fast nichts und ist entgegen der Meinung anderer Bewerter sehr korrekt gearbeitet. Ob das Hygrometer richtig anzeigt weiss ich nicht , ist aber eine nette Zugabe. Die Gitarre liegt wie in einem Himmelbett, sie trägt sich am Griff wie es sich gehört, mit erhobenem Kopf und die Gurte lassen ebenfalls eine komfortable Tragepostion zu. Warum die Hersteller/Vertriebsfirma Eastman so zurückhaltend ist mit dem winzigen Hinweis auf den Ursprung, ist unverständlich. China ist eins der ältesten Kulturländer. Klasse Ware zu einem angemessenen Preis.

J'ai commandé ce flycase pour une guitare Type Jazz Manouche (caisse favino). Je fais des concerts et des repets donc elle me suis partout ou j'ai besoin d'elle:-). Le tarif en rapport de la concurrence est trés bien placé. les dimension décrites sur le produit m'ont permis de vérifier que ma guitare rentrerais bien à l'interieur sans non plus y nager. Bien pratique ces sangles dorsales, je revis de ce point de vue là. Cependant, l’inconvénient majeur est qu'aprés 1 mois d'utilisation normale, des éclats de peinture blanche sont survenu laissant apparaître la couleur grise du matériau de dessous. Pas trés class. J'ai choici cette couleur en rapport de cet adjectif "class". Un ami a le même modele en noir depuis quelques année et il a, certe, des traces blanches de frottement mais la peinture n'a pas sautée elle. Le mode de fabrication pour la couleur blanche semble différent que pour le noir au le gris ce qui explique certainement cette différence de tenu de la couche de finition en fonction de la couleur. en résume, je rachèterais très certainement mais pas de cette couleur même si je le trouve jolie en blanc (ivoire)...
