A well-made product with great potential. But flawed!
The wiring diagram supplied (also published on-line by Superlux - on the strength of which I bought the product) is deceptive. It clearly shows the mic capsule wired balanced, i.e. yellow & green wires as a screened pair. (Professional users will naturally want an XLR istead of the irrelevant mini-jack, but his 'x' option doesn't seem to be available any more.) The real problem is that the mic capsule has actually been wired single-ended (unbalanced) in the boom, feeding the green and yellow wires (balanced pair) shorted together!!! So, in this way, the microphone will never work!
When wired properly, the microphone quality is actually very good.
Headphone quality is also excellent - not unlike the HD-330, but with less LF extension due to the closed-back design.
Comfort is good.
How stupid to ship a product that's not fit for purpose, for the sake of 20cm of the right cable. If it wasn't for this, they could clean up the likes of beyer, Sennheiser, Shure etc. I feel that Thomann should take this matter up with Superlux immediately.

great sound, bit tight

I bought them for use with the computer (mainly games, occasionaly music) after reading a lot of headphones reviews on the net. And I must say the sound is really good. Now I can´t play horror games at night :o). Also songs I listened to, to test them out, sounded great. Regarding mic - the others can hear me loud nad clear, so this is OK as well. The only think I now find inconvenient - they are tight. I do not have large head (at least I´m not aware) but after even not so prolonged use I can feel them squezing my head. I have a comparison with Kingston Hyper X which is currently in my household and in this regard the difference is really noticeable. Hopefully they will get more loose over time. Overall I can recommend them, just keep in mind the tightness.

Nice quality, shipment and delivery were very fast even tho the headset was not "in stock" when I bought it. I totally recommend thomann, they provide a good service in general.
