With its SMD LED equipment, the Wild Wash series is a magic box for events and shows of all kinds. Whether on small to large stages, in clubs of all sizes, exhibitions, vernissages, exhibition stands, etc., the Wild Wash floods, strobes and dazzles whenever it is desired. Control is easy via DMX or in stand-alone mode with automatic function.

Colour rendition - Deep Red (darker than 106) to 119 blue. (Better purple/lilac rendition than I was expecting), "white" is cold.
Illumination - I used 7 of these to adequately replace 4 x 1Kw tungsten asymetric floods.
Coverage - 7 was ample for 7m high x 12m wide at 2m distance from cloths, with good overlap of beams - no visible beam edges.
Fades - colour change is slightly stepped, however currently running on 8bit generic RGB profile from control desk (DMX setting 3Ch3 on unit). Possibly better results if on a 16bit profile. Intensity fade is smooth throughout range.
Menu interface is intuitive.
Build quality is superb, very solid units that will survive normal indoor usage. Would be tourable if flightcased properly. All good quality connections on the back.
Unit comes with 1.5m DMX cable and powerlink to mains cable.

Sehr hell, gute Farbmischung

Bereits beim Auspacken gab es den ersten Überraschungsfaktor: Die Größe. Das Gerät ist etwas größer und vor Allem schwerer als angenommen, was aber nicht tragisch ist. Die Ausleuchtung ist sehr gut, bei kleinen Veranstaltungen ist das Gerät definitiv als Blinder einsetzbar. Die Farbausgabe des Gerätes ist gut, jedoch nicht sehr akurat. Es kann zwar jede belibige Farbe eingestellt werden, dennoch gibt das Gerät die Farben teilweise stark abweichend vom Color-Picker aus. Ist aber auch nicht weiter schlimm, dann muss man halt so lange "blind" im Color-Picker suchen, bis man die gewünschte Farbe gefunden hat. Die Stroboskob-Funktion ist definitiv vergleichbar mit einem Röhrenstroboskob, zwar ist der Wild Wash nicht ganz so hell, aber immerhin kann man jede belibige Farbe einstellen. Ein weiterer Grund, mir das Gerät zu kaufen war, dass Power Con In und sogar Out verbaut ist, was in dieser Preisklasse absolut noch kein Standard ist. Einzig das Dimmen wirkt in dot2 zumindest etwas ruckelig.

Très puissant

Strobe très puissant et polyvalent avec sa palette de couleurs, le rendu est superbe le seul bémol c'est de devoir démonter entièrement le support à chaque rangement et étant itinérant on va vite à perdre du temps et des pièces
