OE
A quick tuning key
Odd Erik 12.10.2020
Makes head changes much quicker. I've would recomend using one in each hand. The rubber tip gives good grip, and makes it comfy to use. Quality seems to be good. The colored tip makes it a bit more difficult to lose :)

Awesome!
Tom U. 24.02.2014
I was unsure when I bought two of these keys, but they made tuning so much easier. I managed to get my Ascent snare in tune with itself much quicker than ever before, and the rubberised grips at the top really help with the finger-tightening phase.

Worthwhile buy, but make sure you get two!

N
Some good, some less good
Nonsensei 26.06.2023
Bought two of these to be able to tune two tension rods simultaneously on opposite sides of the head. On one of the keys, the red plastic part is not solid, so it starts to slip when you start getting some resistance. In other words, I cannot use the two keys to achieve the same level of 'finger tight' by holding on to the red plastic part.

Otherwise; it's a drum key. The red plastic is a good idea for the finger tightening (if it was always solid, some quality control might help with that) and the red color makes it easier to find when you inevitably drop it, especially in dark gig conditions.

G
solid feel, comfortable grip
Gairm 19.12.2019
Feel in the hand is comfortable. The orange spin grip feels solid, has a steel core that comes up well inside the plastic / rubber, the plastic is thick and has some give, so grips well in fingers, doesn't feel like it will give way anytime soon.
Quality is great for the price.
