I have been looking for the right dampening solution for my 26" bass drum and The Kicker is it. Having tried different heads and a variety of home-made solutions (pillows, cushions, blankets etc) nothing gave me the sound or feel I was after. I need a solution that could rest against the front and back heads.

The Kicker does just that, allowing me to control the sound and the response through the pedal. Combined with the Remo Pinstripe I now have what I need.

Used it recently in a live setting and the sound was excellent. Didn't even have to think about the setup.

Il s'en est allé lors de l'utilisation. il n'y a pas de scotch double face donc ça tient pas et c'est léger.
J'ai pris un pour ma 26*14. Je ne sais pas trop quoi en penser. Pas top mérite amélioration. Avec un poids dans la mousse ou du scotch double face..(mais ça peut esquinté le bois) Sinon c'est juste un bout de mousse bien coupé à pa taille voulue. Si je peux revenir sur l'évalutation, je testerais mieux et en concurances avec des bandes de feutre.. voir ce qui est mieux. Mais je pense que la technique de papa 70's sera mieux ;-)
