Good and firm stand, thanks Pearl! However, the part, which sets the boom extension is pretty weak and may fall apart while adjusting the angle. You gotta hold it together or go super smooth. Second issue is that my stand is unable to fit the boom extension comfortably, when I want to make it straight. For some reason sometimes it goes in the main body, sometimes it doesn't. Apart from that the stand does the job and provides the feeling of quality that Pearl products provide.
