I bought this as a replacements for my Sabian SBR.
There's a huge difference between them. Even if this one is classified as a beginner to intermediate cymbal, it's impossible not to appreciate the sound.

It's a lot thicker than a lot more solid than other cymbals I've tried at this price range and you can feel it a lot better while you play.

Would definitely buy something else from this series in the near future.

Great Hi-Hat for the price

I bought these hihats as an upgrade from my old 13inch pst3s and after only a few practices I must say I’m extremely impressed. The quality is incredible and the finish is particularly brilliant, nice and shiny. In terms of sound, it’s very responsive and crisp but still has enough depth to stand out when playing closed half notes for example, there is also a decent amount of weight to them so you don’t feel like you’re going to crack them.

One fact I would give is that they seem to scratch fairly easily (after practicing with metal brushes I noticed a few scratches but nothing out of the ordinary)

i bought this hi hat to replace my stock set on my pearl roadshow. the hi hat has a really good sound and i couldn't be happier. i after the hi hat i plan to replace the snare and get a new ride as well all from the same series :)

Llevo 35 años tocando la batería, tengo una extensa colección de platos paiste 2002 tanto recientes de logo rojo como más antiguos de logo negro. Cuido mucho mi material y buscaba unos platos económicos para esas ocasiones que vas a tocar fuera y compartes la batería (y tus platos) con otras personas quizás menos cuidadosas que uno. Vi por internet varias revisiones del producto que decían que el sonido era casi igual a unos paiste 2002. Estoy completamente de acuerdo: el sonido es buenísimo, si no igual, prácticamente igual y a menos de la mitad de precio que unos 2002. Estoy realmente muy contento y sorprendido de la relación calidad/precio de este producto. Completamente recomendable. Creo que no hay excusa en estos momentos para tocar con unos platos de baja calidad.
