Features GTRS System:
The Mooer GTRS Professional 800, shown here in its Tiffany Blue finish, is a premium-quality, ST-style electric guitar that features a humbucker, dual single coils, a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard, a Wilkinson VS 50 II tremolo, and locking machine heads. Its exquisite roasted flamed maple bolt-on neck with a matt finish and direct truss rod access at the end of the fingerboard perfectly matches the elegant design of the GTRS Professional 800 TB. The illuminated Super Knob provides quick and easy access to the integrated GTRS Intelligent Processor System, which offers tone modelling using simulations of up to 16 different guitar types alongside 128 guitar effects, a tuner, a looper, a drum machine, and direct recording via USB-C connectivity. The Mooer GTRS Professional 800 TB also features a jack output that can optionally be used to connect a pair of headphones for silent practice sessions at home or on the road. All of the GTRS functions can be wirelessly controlled via Bluetooth using the free GTRS App. The scope of delivery also includes a gig bag and a charging cable.
In addition to 16 different simulations of acoustic and renowned electric guitars for tone modelling, the Mooer GTRS Guitars Prof. 800 TB's integrated intelligent processing system offers just about everything a guitarist needs for a successful gig: Amp simulations, effects, a drum machine, a tuner, and a looper. The brightly illuminated Super Knob allows up to four presets to be selected directly on the instrument, and those who want to harness the system's full potential can combine it with the Mooer GWF4 pedal, which is available separately. Users can configure all of their presets and GTRS functions - including 126 effects, 40 drum tracks, looper, and many more - via Bluetooth using Mooer's free GTRS App for iOS and Android. The rechargeable internal battery offers an operating time of approximately ten hours and easy charging via the integrated USB-C interface, which can alternatively be used as a recording output.
Thanks to its upgraded premium features, which set it apart from Mooer's Standard 800 series, the Mooer GTRS Guitars Prof. 800 will easily win over ambitious amateurs and professional guitarists who want to take their first steps into tone modelling. It will make an equally convincing case for Top 40 band guitarists who are looking for an all-in-one solution that spares them the hassle of lugging around five guitars, an amp, and a huge pedalboard to every single gig – in addition to offering a useful tremolo and locking machine heads. By connecting it to a pair of headphones and a smartphone or tablet PC, the intelligent Mooer GTRS Guitars Prof. 800 TB can virtually be turned into a mini studio, making it the ideal practice and tour guitar - always ready for spontaneous demo recordings in hotel rooms or on the road. And thanks to its classic electric guitar wiring, it can of course always be played directly through an amp in the conventional way if users want to go back to the roots - or simply forgot to charge the battery.
Mooer is based in the Chinese city of Shenzhen and has been making products for guitarists since 2010, which include compact single pedals through to multi-effects units and compact amplifiers. The company initially produced a range of mini pedals before making perhaps its most significant breakthrough in 2016 with the sophisticated Ocean Machine delay pedal, which was designed in collaboration with Devin Townsend. Mooer's product range now also includes solutions that feature amp modelling, IR-based speaker simulation, and matching equalisers, and the company's focus remains firmly on the use of digital technology.
The feature-packed Mooer GTRS Guitars Prof. 800 TB will make life significantly easier for guitarists, especially when playing live on stage and in the rehearsal room: All they need is a smartphone with the GTRS App, a pair of headphones or a cable for connecting the guitar to an amp or a PA - and they can simultaneously control the guitar tone, the type and sound of the amp, all of the settings, and the routing of their effects pedals simply by activating a single preset via the Super Knob or a separate pedal. It doesn't get any easier! And if the drummer is late for band practice (again!), guitarists can also jam on their own thanks to the on-board drum machine. In recording applications, the integrated USB-C interface facilitates automatic recognition of the guitar as a sound device in the DAW and direct recording via a DI box and a sound card without the risk of interference caused by a long high-impedance cable line. The included gig bag protects the GTRS Professional 800 against damage and dust, and allows it to be securely transported from one gig to the next, while the included charging cable can be conveniently stowed away in the gig bag's accessory compartment.
