Fantastic high quality gig bag
Sean7 24.04.2020
I use this padded gig bag to carry my custom Martin 00-15 to gigs. It provides ample protection from bumps and the rain.

I initially ordered a cheaper alternative along with this one to decide whether the high price was warranted. I am definitely glad that I kept this more expensive option: it wears comfortably for daily use and it is completely silent, no squeaking or rattling noises that quickly become annoying when you use a case a lot.

From the use I get out of it the investment is a no-brainer. I subtracted one star because I wish the pouches were a little more spacious.

Excellent case
Danil 22.03.2015
Hi everyone!
First, sorry for my English.
I've used set of M80 case and Guitar Tick, so I'm going to write one review for both of them.

First of all, a word about protection. I tried to drop my classical guitar in this case from 1.5 metr height. Everything is OK. Head lock isd a great feature! May be, it is cruelty, but now I trust it.

Guitar Tick attaches to the case using three Velcro straps and stays there securely and firmly. Adding/removing it doesn't take a lot of time.

Padding is very reliable and plush inside seems to be very "comfortable" for guitar, even with gentle finish. There are protected areas inside so strings cannot damage it. Overall this case is a bit bulky, but it is the price of protection.

I've tested this set in relatively long journey (1 month). What is most important, it fits overhead compartment even in small planes, like a Embroier 190. May be, you will need to remove Guitar Tick, but it is not a big deal. What I liked most is pockets. Small pocket for picks on the Headlock strap is great idea, and I use it time to time, as I play classic mostly. There are two pockets outside, one over the headstock and second over the bridge. Small one takes pens, notebooks, wallet, etc. There are small carabiner for keys. Big pocket contains few A4 folders of sheet music, tablet, gid headphones within their case... And few sets of strings in a special compartment :)

I put few shirts, socks, tooth brush and paste, phone chargers etc in a Guitar Tick. In my opinion, there are enough space for overnight/weekend travel for average user. For me it's enough for a week or two in the warm countries.

I put five stars for quality. May be, it deserves more, actually.
This case saw airplanes, ships, tracks and pickups, even helicopters. The name of fabric is Sharkskin. It is true, it's nearly impossible to damage it in the city. After 12000 km road I have two scratches on it :)

Useful with limitations

The bag is well-built and lightweight. It protects the instruments for short trips to classes or around town. It should not be used for storage or for flights (principally as checked baggage).
