I could have paid less for this accessory, but as I plan to put expensive or hazardous things on it (microphones or water, but not both at the same time, obvs) I shelled out a little more for this. It?s nicely over-engineered, very solid and looks like it will stand the test of time. About the only thing Meinl could have added is a choice of carpet swatches for the tray: a nice floral design, perhaps, or a lovely bit of paisley?
