First, you must remember this drum costs about £140.

The finish on the shell is flawless and the hardware is high quality chrome, a standard well above the price point.

Sound wise it is great. I was after a snare that I could tune really high and for this, the snare is perfect. I stuck a Remo black dot single skin on it and the sound is really good and fits perfectly playing soul music.

A great value drum that performs well above its price.

Dobry piccolo w dobrej cenie

Nie jest to mój pierwszy werbel Mapex - robią dobre bębenki nawet w tych niższych cenowo półkach.
Jednak co do piccolo w tym budżecie trochę się obawiałem; fabryczne naciągi wymieniłem od razu na HD Dry od Evansa oraz Hazy 300 na rezo, dodatkowo sprężynę Puresound Custom - w tym zestawieniu werbel spełnił moje oczekiwania.
Wystroiłem go bez problemu, jestem zadowolony, tak samo jak i reszta muzyków z mojego zespołu - gramy rockandrolla i dobrze się ten werbel w nim odnajduje.
