Der Manfrotto Arm mit Zubehör befindet sich bei mir meistens im Mikrokoffer. Zusammen mit einem Spigot 013 oder 037 ist das Set da die Allround-Wunderwaffe schlechthin. Der Hebel am Arm fixiert (nach einer kurzen Justage mit den beiden beiliegenden Inbusschlüsseln) alle 3 Gelenke auf einmal, und das bombenfest.
Die Superclamp findet überall Halt - an Traversenrohren, Tischen, Kanten, Cases, Racks, Schlagzeug-Hardware und im Konzertflügel.
Mit der Kameraschiene aus dem Set lässt sich so eine Spiegelreflex-Kamera so ziemlich überall befestigen. Angst hab ich da nur ein wenig bei vibrierenden Teilen (z.B. beim Einsatz am Fahrrad), weil der Arm bei angezogenem Hebel kaum dämpft.
Mit dem oben erwähnten Spigot lassen sich aber auch Mikrofone und andere Geräte mit 3/8" Gewinde überall befestigen.
Indem man z.B. das Messmikro mittels Suerclamp, Arm und Spigot am FoH-Zelt befestigt, steht schon mal ein Ständer weniger herum.
Wenn man Antennen/Padel mit einer Supperclamp an der Bühnenkonstruktion oder im Rig befestigt, stößt da auch keiner dran oder dreht die Antenne aus Versehen.
Die absolute Killer-Anwendung ist aber die Verwendung direkt am bzw. im Instrument. Superclamp an den Snareständer, Mikro auf den Arm, und man ist deutlich flexibler als mit einer normalen Rim-Clamp ohne dass der Ständer im Weg ist,
