Bought these to get rid of the "clicky" noise you get with harder picks. They work fine for that. Obviously accurate picking is impossible with these, but they work well for their intended use.

Gute und günstige Filzplektren für die Ukulele

Die Mahalo Felt Picks wirken etwas weicher als die von Pickboy . Anders als bei den Pickboy FIlzplektren spürt man bei denen von Mahalo keine dünne Mittellage aus Plastik. Man muss sich nach dem Umstieg erst an das neue Spielgefühl gewöhnen. Gerade am Anfang hatte ich das Gefühl, dass mir etwas die Präzision fehlt. Nach einige Zeit hat sich dieses Problem bei mir jedoch gegeben. Die Haltbarkeit der Mahalo Plektren ist im direkten Vergleich etwa gleich gut, vielleicht ein bisschen schlechter.
Fazit: Zwar nicht perfekte, aber sehr gute Filzplektren zum fairen Preis. Ausprobieren lohnt sich!

Ich habe mir davon mal ein Päckchen bestellt, um sie mit meinem lieblings-Uke-Pick (dem weissen von Felt tones) zu vergleichen:

Sie sind etwas härter (klingen darum generell etwas lauter) aber sie sind noch weich genug, dass kein Anschlaggeräusch an der Saite entsteht. Die etwas längliche Tropfenform dieser Piks finde ich angenehmer zu greifen als die klassische 3-eck-Form. Dazu kosten 2 von diesen so viel wie eines von den Felt Tones und etwas langlebiger sind sie obendrein. Ich werde die Felt Tones weiterhin benutzen, aber diese sind eine echt gute Alternative.

Fazit: Probieren!
Für 3 Euro kann man ja kaum was falsch machen... ;)
