It's small, sturdy, and it can be mounted basically anywhere: cymbal stem, 9mm percussion rod, or hi-hat pull rod. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it's really a light weighted block, great for when you need to travel abroad with some ''toys''. As you may expected from LP products, the mounting bracket holds onto the pull rod securely. I love the rubber striking surface- my only complaint is that it doesn't cut as well as the Cyclops tambourine BUT the sound is not clicky or in your face, its more of a mellow sound.

Louder and more cutting than you'd think

Great for what I needed it for. want to layer some tambourine sound over a snare drum and to be able to be played alongside Pandeiro and Click Hi-Hat Tambourine. Has exceeded expectations.
