Very nice tablet stand with only a few minor flaws

I really love this stand; it has quite precise controls for fitting a tablet of (nearly) any size, and is quite stable. It supports a wide variety of heights and viewing angles. However, I subtracted one star from the total rating and the "handling" category for the following:

- If your tablet has a somewhat thick case, it may not fit in the bottom two holder hooks, even at their maximum distance. Eventually I got a thinner case, but I was somewhat annoyed that the hooks don't come out very far.
- The mechanism to "snap" the tablet into place with the top hook feels a bit flimsy. It is better to have the top hook adjusted somewhat loose (ie, give a 1-2 mm of space) so that you don't need to bend the hook so much to get the tablet out.
- The mechanism to secure the tablet's rotation (ie, pitching it to the left or right) is a bit fidgety and can be a bit hard to get into place).

Overall these are minor complaints, though. The stand works great and I use it on a near-daily basis. I only list them for the purposes of the review just so others know what to expect.

This iPad stand works great! I have a couple which were twice it's price but just went to pieces in a short time this stand has been sturdy & has outlasted the older, more expensive stands.

Buy an extra transport case

I bought the K&M 19793 Tablet PC-Stativ for holding my Samsung Tab S7. The tripod is stable, i can quickly mount my tablet on the holder. The product seemed solid, but...

Unfortunately -one week after buying- a keyboard flightcase fell on it during transport to a rehearsal. It broke down one of the tablet holder legs. No repair was possible, so I had to buy the holder K&M 19790 again.

I advise buying an extra case for this holder, to protect the vulnerable parts.

Solid stand, perfect for iPad pro

I purchased this to simplify my setup for online piano lessons mainly.
I have to say that the quality seems to be there. The tripod is stable and everything seem sturdy enough. The stand itself is based on a 3 arm system that hugs the ipad from 2 corner and the opposite side.
If I really need to find a minor criticism it would be that the hook system is not easy to open to take the iPad away. You need to unscrew a couple of clips and probably release one of the corners to be able to slide off your tablet. If you need a quick release feature, this is probably not for you. I wasn't personally look for that kind of feature, and I actually prefer a higher level of security so I'm happy with it.
