Perfect replacement for a PRS SE. Unfortunately the fact that you need a screwdriver to lock the string has two issues: 1) You have to carry a screwdriver with you 2) You can't really tell if the string is as tight as it should and there is always a possibility to overtighten the screw and break the string as soon as you put enough tension to it. I also think that the edges of the wholes where the string gets in are a bit sharp, which might also cause the string to break.

Kluson for the win
NevermindMe 08.09.2022
I bought a set of these to replace the stock tuners on my Fender CD-60S acoustic guitar. The stock tuners worked just fine, but after 3 years one of them started skipping, so the D string was either a bit sharp or a bit flat. Happy to say that they fit without redrilling, the screws are identical in size and the screw hole was off by less than 1/2 mm, so it worked just fine.
A word of caution when tightening the locking section: first tighten the screw over the string with just your hand, which is enough to hold the loose string. Then use a thin coin (2 euro cents) or screwdriver for just another 1/4 turn; a 1/2 turn broke my new G string the first time I was installing strings. I have since found that tightening them with just the fingers is fine, too. The thing I like the most is they have very low posts, so no need to wind the string down, there is great break angle over the nut. Just lock it and tune up. For those that like to wind it, there is little space, maybe 1.5 turns on the thicker strings. To be able to have enough room to get a string in safely after installing the tuners, the headstock should not be thicker than 16mm. The caliper says you should be able to use a maximum 0.065 string size, but I was easily able to fit a 0.074 from an 8-string set.

An upgrade for my Höfner Shorty
Archion 25.09.2021
Bought them as an upgrade for my Höfner Shorty travel guitar. As the original tuners were a bit lumpy I thought if I'm already going to replace the tuners, why not get a locking ones. So far they've been working very well. The only thing is that I'm much more used to locking the tuners with a so called wheel below the tuner. With these there's a thumbscrew above the tuner, which may feel a bit awkward at first. Once you'll get used to it, it works like a charm.

Shaft length 20mm
TeeFon 13.10.2020
These machine heads are high quality. They feel sturdy and durable. I am sure they would have been a great upgrade for my newly acquired HB CST24, however shaft length is too short for the CST24. I was really gutted cause I really wanted to install them.

Only con for me (and why the 4*) is the lack of info on specs incl shaft length which i didn't know was going to be an issue.
