Good stand
John mercy 18.01.2024
it's a good stand. probably as good as these stands can be. I don't give it top stars because of the nature of the product - it's very durable and top of the line but if the wind gets going so your stand will go too.

Quite stable
Gaweseb 29.12.2020
I like this stand, probably because of price. It is quite stable. I saw a large police band in Portugal using this even for the conductor. A large iPad of the conductor dropped from the stand, which is the only drawback. However this happened only once to me, which I guess has to do with making sure everytime that all screws are reasonably tightened. The only problematic screw is the thin rod as the stand can sometimes rotate and move sheet music to sides even tighten. The other important aspect is when the mechanism/screw holding the reading unfolded sheet music part is not properly screwed and unscrewed it can damage it from holding sheet music steadily especially when it is not laid back completely. This is mostly due to being unaware that caring band mates in a rush unfolds after gig. Solution is is to do it yourself and be gentle. I had to dismantle mine and repair the part with an angle grinder so it locks at any position.

A decent basic stand
Pullis 19.01.2018
I bought a bunch of these for my wind band. We need portable, compact, and light stands which can easily be brought to gigs anywhere. This stand fits all three requirements well. It is quite stable despite the lightweight design. The screws are easy to handle and it is not so easy to screw them in too tight like in some other stands.
The part of the stands that actually supports the notes is quite narrow and doesn't have any bump to stop sheets from falling. This can be an annoyance and it requires some additional care in setting the angle of the stand. On outdoor gigs some clips to hold the sheets in place are a must.

Traditional style music stand
Michael4364 17.03.2014
I use this stand for practice sessions with my band, it is as small and compact as it could be.
Quick and easy to set up, once you master the unfolding process, which I admit took a bit of trial and error as I did not notice the explanation sheet in the bottom of the box!
This stand easily holds an A4 ring binder with 30 or so pages.
If you are looking for a portable music stand, then I can recommend this product.

Reasonable

It feels a bit fragile and it's just stable enough. Lack weight for improved stability.

Not the lightest stand there is but still portable.
Only complaint is that the desk doesn't open out flat - the left and right ends are slightly higher than the middle - this is the same on both of the stands of this model that I have.
