Stopped working after 3 times of use

I own this pedal just for my studio. It's not on the road. It's a RAT basically. It sounds amazing. But it stopped working after using it on 3 occasions. Signal through the pedal is fine when the distortion is disengaged, but when engaged: No sound. No matter which settings I use. I'm sure this is just a glitch. Awaiting customer support as of writing this review.

sehr vielseitige RAT

Benutze das Pedal jetzt einige Wochen. Im Grundcharakter ist es eindeutig an eine ProcoRAT angelehnt. Von leichter Distortion (fast schon Overdrive) bis zu Fuzz-artigen Sounds ist alles drin.
Vorteile ggü. dem "Original":
- die beiden Modi --> oben "wie RAT", aber mit viel mehr Headroom; unten komprimierter mit weniger Lautstärke, die aber noch ausreicht für "unity gain".

Mir persönlich gefällt der obere Modus richtig gut. Durch die Vielseitigkeit ein richtig gutes Pedal, was obendrein noch super stabil gebaut wurde. Klare Empfehlung klingt mit Gibson P90 einfach toll)

Un futur classique ?

Encore une copie de la fameuse "RAT" mais sans se la mettre au court bouillon je peux dire que cette JHS à tout ce qu'il faut pour devenir une classique à son tour. Le son est au rendez-vous, le gain est important (2 niveaux de gain possible) et la saturation bien rageuse. Le filtre est super efficace (quand on aime ce type de traitement) mais il permet quand même aux caractéristiques de l'instrument de transparaitre.
Niveau souffle.. ça reste une distortion sans noise-gate intégré donc...

Pedal de distorsion tipo Rat de calidad, sencillo de usar y con buen sonido. Para los que quieren el sonido y no las complicaciones. El rango de los potes es muy amplio lo que le da versatilidad (sonidos casi fuzz en valores maximos). Buena calidad de construcción y regalo de una pua gravity.
