A
Fantastic Stand
Anonymous 19.10.2016
I ordered this outstanding product a few weeks back, and although the shipping costs were doubled (40 Euro instead of 20 Euro), due to the packaging was 175cm in height instead of the 150cm limit for the 20 Euro shipping-cost. It only points out that the stand was properly built, whole and subsequently packaged...Not a single thing was missing.

High quality plastic is also used on joints and elsewhere when needed.

Easy to assemble, so no worries there.

I don't mind the increased costs, especially with the import taxes here in Norway.

The fact I have severe Multiple Scleroris, and with the sturdiness when placing synthesizers reasonably (both heavy and light ones) this has become a solid support I can rely on when I walk in and out of the studio.

One tiny scratch, barely visible, most likely due to shipping, so no blame on Thomann's part..

Perfect and easy to adjust to whatever your needs may be.

I am going to order 2 more of these over the next few months..

Then some accessories like the

and

For usage for both external programming units (like Behringer's wonderful BCR2000), and a laptop for programming, saving patches from synthesizers like the Korg Z1, Korg DW8000, Roland Alpha Juno 2, Roland D50, Yamaha DX7FD and a Roland JX8P via MIDI, using Software solutions like MIDI Quest 11 (and others like monstrumWaveXT) with limited hands-on control or as in monstrumWaveXT case, access to features non accessible otherwise on a Waldorf MicroWave XT (draw your own Wavetables!)

I want like to thank Thomann for making such products available that will help me finish a dream that came about all the way back in 1994.

Communication with mr. Graham Hooley (Export sales) to confirm whether this increase in total cost was ok with me, was very fast, on point and polite via e-mail, and the delivery time was as promised.

Highly recommended!

I should have bought this years ago
Scot S 16.03.2021
Being in the US, I had always assumed Jaspers products were a no-go for me, so I was delighted to learn that I could purchase a stand from Thomann. I was even more delighted by the unbelievably fast shipping time... less than it takes to get packages from most domestic vendors here in the States.

The stand itself far surpasses the quality of any other I have owned in my 40 years of playing keyboards. It is rock solid. Making changes to the standard configuration is a bit tricky, but not too bad. I had one clamp that broke when I tightened it down too much. Jaspers rushed out a replacement. I couldn’t ask for better support, both for my keyboards and from Jaspers.

i
Solid stand, with one design flaw
ianob 12.02.2018
This is a good, lightweight but very sturdy stand that fits lots of gear.
I live in an earthquake prone country so I was a bit concerned about stacking up my gear too high but it's very stable, even with heavyish (minimoog) keyboards near the top (still keeping the heaviest ones at the bottom obviously.)
But, let the buyer beware....there is one serious oversight in the design of this stand - removal of the arms requires complete disassembly of the stand (can't believe they made it like that.) What this means is you will need to have a plan of exactly where all your gear is going before you assemble everything. And if you change your setup....it's just a poor design. Evidently they figured this out later...if you buy extra arms they can be attached without disassembly, but the arms that come with it you cannot attach/detach. Very frustrating, otherwise this is an excellent stand.
