Hercules Stands HCKB-200B Keyboard Bench

Saw a very positive comment on YouTube about it and am completely satisfied that bought this bench. Comfortable cushion even for longer sitting time.
The way the legs are connected to the seat means the screws will not come loose over time because there is no tension on the screws themselves. (Others have this and therefore the legs of the chair might become loose and wobbly with after some years)
If someone is considering acquiring a foldable bench (or even a wooden piano bench) for 60-100+ euros, I would strongly suggest considering this one instead. It is sturdy. In terms of finding the right hight this one will have the advantage and when sitting the pressure will be evenly distributed.

This level of sitting comfort for the price, I think this is the cheapest offer Thomann has. (At least when I bought it)

Of course - aesthetically it might not blend in every environment.

For stars for quality because if small children are around and they like to discover things, then they might be tempted to put pencils or their fingers or something else in the between the staples that are holding the chair’s underside decorative cover. They could have doubled the amount of staples. Other than this niche potential challenge or problem, this bench is well worth the money.

Ich habe die Bank bisher nur zu Hause getestet. Geplant sind mehrere Stunden dauernde Einsätze auf der Bühne am Digitalpiano oder Keyboard. Meine Wahl fiel auf diese Bank, da für mich die 100 kg-Grenze anderer Bänke nicht ausreicht.... Was mich auch überzeugt hat, ist die Zusammenlegbarkeit für den Transport. Die Ständer/Bänke von K&M sind beim Transport etwas sperrig, oder man muss sie komplett auseinanderlegen.

Positiv:
Die Polsterung ist relativ hart, das ist nach meinen Erfahrungen bei langen Gigs besser als zu weich. ich bin gespannt, wie es sich nach einigen Stunden Musikmachen anfühlt.
Die Höhe ist super fein justierbar, man findet so genau die richtige Sitzposition.
Steht die Bank, wirkt sie wirklich sehr stabil.
Ein Fuß kann am Bodenkontakt justiert werden (für unebene Untergründe).

Negativ:
Dei Bank ist relativ schwer (ist aber logisch wegen der hohen Tragkraft).
Der Aufbau ist einfach, aber ein wenig hakelig. Man muss zwar nur eine Strebe in die Führungsschiene stecken, aber das ist etwas fummelig. Vielleicht auch Übungssache.
Aufgebaut klappert die Bank beim Herumtragen etwas, sobald man sitzt ist aber alles stabil.

Parmi les 4 pieds, un pied est notablement plus haut que les autres, d'environ 5 mm. Du coup, même en jouant sur le caoutchouc jaune de pied à hauteur variable, impossible d'avoir de la stabilité. On voit à l'oeil nu qu'une des deux barres horizontale (des pieds) est tordue vers le milieu; avec un rapporteur l'angle est d'environ 3 degrés, du coup les deux barres de pied ne sont pas horizontales. Testé sur plusieurs sols parfaitement plats et une planche en aggloméré très plate elle aussi. Pourtant, le carton du fabriquant était vraiment en parfait état (pas celui du livreur UPS); je crois que c'est un défaut d'origine.
J'ai pu corriger en enlevant deux des pieds en caoutchouc et en mettant du scotch épais (avec du scotch spécial passage des câbles sans adhésif au milieu, cela ne laisse pas de traces); mais du coup hors de question de l'utiliser sur du parquet ou du carrelage. Pour que l'ensemble soit stable, il faut aussi resserrer les écrous au niveau du X (du coup, ce n'est plus ajustable).
Pour l'utiliser hors de chez soi il faut 2 clés à molette, du gros scotch, des ciseaux, un tapis.
L'assise est bonne.
