I got small and medium size of those and I was surprised to see almost no size difference. They were both kind of small. They are very soft, which makes it difficult to mount on or to remove it quickly. They are black on the photos but what you cannot see on the photos is that they glitter if there is a direct light put on it. So, having it on stage will make it pretty visible. Some people will like this, some other like me - not so much.
The other product by GruvGear is made better but both of them are ridiculously overpriced.

Budget but great

Super useful tool for dampening open strings, fits properly the regular 6-string electric guitar or 4-string electric bass. Awesome item.

Cheap, simple and effective.

I use it on my bass and it works much better than a hairband, can't complain at all.
Fits well on a 42mm nut neck, I would probably go for a larger size if your guitar/bass has a wider neck, if you're not sure then go for larger because it has velcro straps and is pretty adjustable.
Nothing sharp or scratchy on it so not an issue on painted/finished necks.

Does it's job
DJayson 28.10.2024
Pretty cheap compared to other like gruvgear, Does it's job.
When im not using it to practice solo parts it works pretty well on the headstock to get rid of headstock harmonics.
Can't really speak for durabilty, probably depends if you slide it on/off or if you are meticulous and open/close it before moving it from the heastock to reduce wear.
Would buy them again even just to leave them on the heastock.
