It works well

I use it to mount an ADJ H2O IR light onto a standard speaker stand. This mount is easy to use and very good quality. The only negative with this is that it didn't come with 2 metal washers that go in between the lights bracket when mounting. Not an issue as I provided my own.

Well made and exactly what I needed!

I use this to mount moving lights on top of stands and it has held up really well over the last 3 years playing shows. The only down side is if you have cheap stands it will bend the metal if tightened too hard and subsequently the light will wobble side to side if knocked.
