Great versatile guitar
Anonymous 03.11.2014
I bought this guitar to play metal and punk rock but I ended up using it for much more. It handles everything from brutal distortion to sparkling clean.

The guitar comes with a hardcase and straplocks so I was ready to go straight out of the box.

The locking tuners are great, I beat my guitars to death during live gigs and my guitar rarely goes out of tune.

This guitar looks and feels great on. The tummycut offers some extra comfort while playing.

A great guitar for us tele lovers that want's the feel of a tele but the sound of EMGs.

I use this guitar for a more agressive aproach and this insntrument does a great job at it .
The mahoghany body is really heavy and it's a great wood for these kinds of guitars.
The EMG81 pickup really improve the heavyness of the sound whyle the EMG60 is really great for clens and soloing.
Also comes with a hardcase wich is a great feature.
The locking tunners are also a nice feature because they make string changing a lot faster and easier.

T
A good axe for metal, but definitely needs some upgrades
Tanel 05.08.2017
I bought this guitar back in 2011 for my metalcore project. I sold it after I ended that project, but I would consider getting another one once again. However, this guitar definitely needs some upgrades in my humble opinion. First of all, the sound was quite muddy and artificial for my taste, so I would change these active EMGs to some good passive metal pickups. After playing some time, the fingerboard started to crack as well, but this problem was solved by the guitar technician. In overall, I have been a long-time Fender user for years and I would only consider some Gibson model as the substitute for this guitar due to their 24.75" scale necks.
