Awesome

awesome product ,,, but,,, not so different from SoundOff mesh head if you put some duck tape on it,,,,so if you already have SoundOff mesh,,,it is not big upgrade.....triggers working awesome....You need to use drum with resonant heads to match sound level of cymbals ...Also to say cymbals have awesome sound for low volume cymbals,,,,maybe 16" Crash cymbal could be little bit more in volume ...but it is ok...sound it is not harsh in any way......just awesome... It is full acustic drum but with low volume.... noise that I measure in the room is 85db ,,,....
TIP: you need to tune to that sweet spot ,,,it is only one spot that sounds awesome,,,not like regular drum with normal heads with many options....for example reso head need to be more down with tune ,,,not so tight like it is on normal drum..... so first tune reso to get some nice low sounding head with lots of sustain.... and then tune batter head and listen sound as you tune up head from finger tight...also to say move that round patch from center to one side of the head...near the rim ... and you will get that awesome acustic sound but without noise from patch.....thats apply also on kick head ...

Great

Have them over a year now. 2023-2024

Pros:
They lower the sound considerably, and are perfect for practicing though you still need to use ear proctection (PROTECT YOUR EARS!!!)
Have held up with pretty regular playing, and some hard hitting (though have stopped such heavy playing now). I have not changed any of the heads.
Feel ok when you first hit them, but quickly get used to the change.
I honestly think the all black looks pretty cool on the kit.
Hi-hats are great!

Cons:
Crash cymbols do not stand out, and it is not like playing with a normal crash cymbol (but these are for practicing) and i do miss hearing a loud crash.
Heads feel a bit more bouncy than regular heads. But again these are great for practicing, so you know what you are getting.

Overall, great for what they are. Perfect for practicing at much lower than a normal kit setup.
Would definitely recommened.
