The muted trombonist

This is the only trombone straight mute I'll ever buy. It works, price is nice, and is light enough to manage to put it in my bell in 2 measures time with some songs.

If you have a nice trombone, don't stuff this in the bell to fast, as it leaves some marks on the outside of the bell because the materials this thing is made of are obviously stronger than a trombone.

Will buy again if I run over mine with a tractor accidentally.

Der Dennis Wick DW5505 Straight für Posaune ist ein guter Einstieg in die Welt der Dämpfer.
Der Dämpfer erfüllt seinen Zweck, wenn ein straight mute angefordert wird und hilft dadurch die Klangfarben der Posaune zu erweitern.
Ansprache und Sound sind so, wie ich mir das vorgestellt habe und erfordern für mich keine größeren Umstellungen der Zugpositionen.
Einziger Wehmutstropfen für mich ist das relativ hohe Gewicht, welches mir bei längerem Dämpfereinsatz doch in den Arm geht.
Das wird aber durch den Preis ausgeglichen, deswegen meine insgesamt gute Note.
