Nice guitar
PeterJohn 04.01.2025
It's a nice guitar. The side ports part is overcomed very fast (at least in my case). However, I didn't like this particular pick up on other guitars, and unfortunately it's not different in this guitar. The pick up has a thin sound (mid-treble), without much sustain, and not enough bass. So, the guitar sounds lovely unplugged (with nice bass), the intonation is nice, the playability is average (unfortunately not easy as a Taylor of the same range or even slightly cheaper), the action is high, and the pick up sound is borderline average. The guitar looks great in person and the hard case is good. The tuners are excellent and very responsive even to small adjustments. Cort customer service is non existent. I emailed them twice but after a month already, I haven't received any reply. The block inlays should be brighter, since the dots on top of the fretboard are black and not visible at all under low visibility conditions (e.g. live gigs). So I would prefer more distinct block inlays, e.g. mother of pearl or similar, something like Gibson's. Final thoughts: the price of this guitar should have been at least 400 euros less. Cort is not a big brand in acoustic guitars and the characteristics of this guitar don't match the big brand acoustics of the same price. It's just very unique, looks good, and has great tuners. The rest are similar or worse. So it's overpriced in my opinion.

Besser geht's kaum
Sascha Roehrbein 07.06.2024
