Looked like an old or dried string. The knot was dry and brittle, had to re tie the knot, and oil the string (a lot)still a great sounding string though. Bought plain A and D as well, the G is much higher tension than the others and looks very different in colour (probably due to its dryness). Bought Gotz guts about 4 years ago. These are very different. Not as good quality. Wouldnt buy again.

Ottime corde e rapporto qualità prezzo per chi ama le corde in budello.
Nel pizzicato il suono è morbido con un buon attacco, con l’arco sono come tutte le altre corde in budello sul mercato “stridenti”
