Solid Sounding Chrome Beauty

This is a great value head.I didn't expect it to be as great as it is.You may have spent more on a pedal and been disappointed.
It is a lot of fun.I connect to a 1x12 Marshall cab and it sounds not too far from a Vox NT/Orange Tiny Terror. Classy attenuation and lovely headroom.Pedals. in front sound great too.Bugera have really come on a lot.The quality is solid and the head is built like a chrome tank.
Thomann delivered to me in about 2 days and that was me ordering on a weekend I am thankful for such superb service.
This is a must- buy ! From Thomann !

Bought as a backup, kept using it!

My Marshall JTM head died (it just needed new tubes thankfully) and I decided to buy one of these to sit on top of my cab and use at home whilst I sorted the JTM out.
This thing is great! It sounds very tubey and takes my pedalboard well. The reverb is also better than some pedals I’ve owned over the years.
There’s no fx loop or DI out but I don’t use those anyway. Also, the gain knob is needed to be turned up in order to increase volume when the “phat” button isn’t pushed in. But it keeps some headroom and I prefer to use it that way with pedals pushing it.
The build quality is great and the fact it tells you when the tubes are on the way out and replacement ones don’t need to be biased was another bonus. (Replacing the tubes on the Marshall head was expensive and awkward).
I still use this for bedroom playing and have taken it to open mic nights and used it with a cab at the venue to ensure I keep my tone but don’t have to carry much.
Highly recommended, excellent value for money.

Great little amp. Surprisingly loud. Nice sparkly cleans. Drive sounds are quite mild.
Nice and warm. Takes pedals really well too.

Great 5W ->1W->0.1W lunchbox
Irzal 14.01.2022
Initially, I intended to buy a Harley Benton Tube15 combo (it packs a Celestion 70/80 speaker) for home based playing. However, for 50 Eur more, I went for this little chrome lunchbox and a Celestion 12" V30 speaker - and I think I hit the spot. Build quality and handling are great and easy. It sounds great through a V30 12" speaker, and handles a TS clone as a boost really nice together with the rest of the pedalboard. Power soak feature is a must for bedroom playing - and it works ellegantly. PHAT switch is interesting enough. The only disadvantage is the lack of digital-out for recording, but I'll hang a dynamic mic in front of the cabinet and plug it in the audiointerface. Overall, I think this is the best-buy all-tube head for bedroom blues/rock playing.
