Boss FV-50H

232

Volume pedalThe BOSS - FV - 50 H can be seen on many pedalboards. Thanks to double inputs and outputs, various stereo or multi -amp setups can be controlled and with the Minimum knob you've practically got a rhythm preset available.

With its high-impedance design, the pedal is interesting for guitarists who want to control the volume of their guitar (and thus also the distortion of the amp) by pedal. The FV 500 fulfils this task - in contrast to most guitar potentiometers - practically without sound loss - particularly before the preamp of the amp! The tuner out is also very practical; With a connected tuner you can tune silently!

Good affordable pedal, but not the most long-lasting
Aengus 20.08.2013
Pretty good pedal for the price and the volume swell taper is nice. One issue is that the pots (potentiometers) don't last very long. The volume pot wore out within less than a year. But the great folks at Thomann sorted me out with a new one, no problem!

Good for any use

I use it on stage, it's just a great volume pedal. Well balanced increase of volume, no suddens increases, no influence on tone quality. Not top big, not to small. A must have.

this is not the first boss fv that i've had. they seem to be the same. there is static, almost like dust caught in the pot when you use it. overall sound is bad. better is the ernie ball or lehle
