Cable died within a few weeks of use

So i ordered this a while ago to use as in ear monitors for my soundmixing and they sound good enough and they have amazing passive noise cancellation. Only problem is that my cable did after only a few times of use and it started with just inbalanced volume and slowly degraded to no sound at all, after some checking the conductors in the cables grounded to each other somehow. This problem seems to have arose at the connection to the earplugs itself so there is now way you are cutting off and replacing the cable in any way. Now the only thing i use these for is sound cancellation.

Edit: After replacing the cable these have been doing great for a while now, after 2 years of use the backs of the earbuds did fall off and i had to stick them back together with tape (better solution would be glue). I would have probably gotten a new cable if i contacted support but i didnt. I would reccomend these earbuds to anyone on a budget and although they dont last long i have been using them almost daily. They have enough flaws but theyre not the worst things ever.

In ears came with 3 set each of silicon tips. Large-Medium-Small… Also with a headphone jack adapter and a small bag for it ofc.

The tip fits perfectly in the ears and the sound is so good. You can hear the low ends well as well as the high ends.

I will say it sounds like the shure in ears.

First of all, value is pretty good they work for live situations - isolates enough for me most of the time. In smaller venues with loud stage volume you’ll have to crank the volume to hear anything.

They sound, meh, nothing fun or special but not bad. Done a little bit of studio work with them to, they work for tracking but can be deceiving in mixing. (Maybe expected)

Fits me pretty well, though eartips play the big part. Don’t expect earbuds to fit you as well. Cable actually not bad, for the price. Feels good - rather, okay.

All plastic, good or bad. They feel cheap and not well built. They lasted me two years of almost daily use. Which is pretty impressive. The case is fine, it works.

I would recommend these, they are cheap, no real need to take care of them. Have them as backup or a cheap first.
