Zu meiner Person: ich bin nahe der Rente, von Berufswegen Elekronik-Techniker und habe mein Leben lang Musik und Musikbeschallung (Ehrenamt und Hobbymusiker) gemacht. Ich kenne viele andere Funkstrecken, t-bone, Shure, AKG, Line 6 usw. Ich habe nun zwei dieser ANT UNO G8 Funkstrecken gekauft. Grund war die Frequenz: Alles andere aus unserem Sammelsurium (12...15 Funkstrecken gesamt) ist in den 800MHz Bereichen oder im 2,4GHz Bereich, noch ein paar Gitarrenfunken auf 5,8GHz. Zwar hatten wir bislang wenig Probleme, aber die neuen Strecken sollten woanders liegen. Zu den Mikros: Mechanik ist sehr vertrauenerweckend, alles aus Metall, Stabiles Gewinde (nicht so ein Plastikzeug wie Line6 - für das doppelte Geld), liegt gut in der Hand. Schalter schwergängig und vertieft, kann man kaum versehentlich ausschalten, das ist super. Display zeigt alles nötige, ist leider nicht dauerhaft beleuchtet. Empfänger ebenfalls mechanisch gut und stabil, Metallgehäuse. Das recht große Display zeigt alles Wissenswerte, Frequenz, Pegel von HF und NF, außer dem Akkustand des Senders. Die Abstimmung der Frequenzen mittels IR-Sender am Empfänger funktioniert super easy, ansonsten gibt es nicht viel einzustellen. Ausgangspegel ist regelbar, von Mikrolevel bis fast Line Niveau. Die Reichweite ist nach den ersten Tests ausreichend auch für große Bühnen, die 1,8GHz sind halt etwas empfindlich auf Abschattung, aber da kann das Gerät nichts dafür, das ist bei Line6 mit 2,4GHz noch deutlich kritischer. Der Klang ist das einzige, was mich nicht so ganz überzeugt hat, Es klingt (neutral eingestellt) sehr hart, spitz und höhenlastig. Man kann aber natürlich am Klangregler des Mixers die Höhen etwas rausnehmen, dann ist der Kang ok und das (eigentlich kaum vernehmbare) Rauschen ist dann auch ganz weg. Mit weniger Höhen ist dann auch das Feedbackverhalten ziemlich gut, Kann man gut mit leben. Popgeräusche treten kaum auf, der Korb ist da wohl ganz gut gepolstert. Nahbesprechungseffekt ist vorhanden, aber nicht sehr ausgeprägt. Handgeräusche gibt es, sind auch nicht ganz unerheblich, aber das ist bei anderen (teuren) Mikros auch so. Mit einem Low-Cut, der sich bei Mikros eh immer empfiehlt, wird aus soweit gemildert, dass es bei vernünftiger Handhabung kein Problem ist. Alles in allem bekommt man für den Preis eine Funkstrecke, die mechanisch stabiler ist als deutlich teurere Geräte, in einem kaum genutzten Frequenzband läuft, bei akzeptablem Klang, guter Reichweite und einfacher Bedienbarkeit.
