Drum book classic

This is the text book recommended by most of the drum teachers I had pleasure to deal with. No matter what genre you play, this will most and foremost help you to in developing control. Each exercise can be worked on in hundreds different ways, so this book is sure to stay useful for awhile.

This book is legendary. First written in the 40s and still around today. No matter what you play this book is a must have for any drummer. So many possibilities within to improve you reading, timing, chops and much more.

Dieses Buch ist ein MUSS für engagierte Drummer, welche nicht nur zweckdienlich Schlagzeug spielen, sondern viel kennen möchten. Von der ersten Seite an gibt es viele nützliche Übungen welche sich immer in unterschiedlichen Wegen interpretieren lassen, d.h. die Übungen, welche eigentlich nur für die Snare gedacht sind, auch auf das ganze Set zu übertragen und somit "coole" und interessante Fills zu kreieren.

Dieses Buch ist sogar in so vielen Arten zu interpretieren, dass Bücher über dieses Buch geschrieben werden, welche verschiedene Anleitungen bringen um die Übungen zu spielen.
Ein Bekannter von mir benutzt dieses Buch schon sein ganzes Schlagzeugerleben lang tagtäglich und entdeckt trotzdem immer wieder neue Wege die Sachen zu spielen. Die Möglichkeiten dieses Buches sind nicht zu erschöpfen und sehr Interessant.
